SHIPPING & RETURNS

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To apply your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by email or via our contact form, so that we can send you the return instructions and the address, to which to return the products. The products must not have been worn, used or washed and must be in their original packaging.

In the event of a defective product on delivery, we will propose an exchange and we will bear all the transport costs in the standard and cheapest delivery method. If you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend you to use a trackable shipping service.

The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned products. Your responsibility is only engaged concerning the depreciation of the product value resulting from handling other than those necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the latter.

 

If you wish to exchange a product for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item as well as the shipping costs incurred for sending the new product. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All product orders are subject to their availability. In this sense, in the event of supply difficulties or if the products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to inform you about the possibility of ordering replacement products of the same or higher quality or value. If you do not wish to order these replacement products, we will refund you for any amount paid.

SHIPPING FEE, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

The customer will be notified on the website in the event of a non-shipment period (for example during holidays).

 

Shipping is available worldwide.

 

The delivery costs appear on the summary screen before the order is confirmed. The shipping costs might vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination.

Subject to product availability, and except in exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to deliver the product(s) appearing on the Shipping Confirmation to you before the timeframe indicated on the same Shipping Confirmation or, if none date is not indicated, within the indicative period given when choosing the delivery method, and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation in the European Union. This does not apply to products, on which the delivery date is explicitly specified. In this case, the delivery date will be the one indicated on the online store.

Delays may nevertheless occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for reasons related to the delivery place. If we are unable to meet the delivery date for any reason, we will notify you and offer to cancel your order and refund the full amount you paid.

For any other order to a country outside the European Union, the shipping and delivery time may be longer.

 

During the shipment of the products from the company Kolvina, the customer will be able to track the parcel using the tracking number, communicated on the Shipping Confirmation. The package is delivered against signature. In case of absence, a calling card is left in the letterbox. The customer has then 15 days to collect it.

 

There is no import tax in the countries of the European Union.

For other countries, the customer is responsible for the payment of any costs, which are necessary for the entry of the ordered products into the delivery territory (customs duties and formalities, import taxes, etc.).

The refusal of custom fees payment by the customer will result in the cancellation of the order and a refund will be made. Any transport and customs clearance costs paid by the Kolvina company to recall the order will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer on the website. In order for the deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (street, building, staircase number, access codes, etc.).

 

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Pre-Ordered items indicated on the webpage as “Available for pre-order” may be subject to longer delivery times than other orders. The estimated delivery times will be mentioned on the website.  Orders containing both standard and Pre-Ordered products (“Mixed Orders”) may be delivered separately and at different times.
