We carefully select our artists, the instructors as well as the DJ's. We insist to have them seen with our own eyes in real life before taking them into our line up.
Our artists simply love dance & music and they love to dance socially (that includes our DJ's). No need to schedule them for "artist hours" or such things. If they are teaching as a couple, we want them to teach as equal partners, as we believe in equality. We want them to be open, humble and approachable. We are always looking for new talents, dancers which are creative and passionate, dancers which simply love what they do, to present them to you.
Our DJ's are the ones which are creating your best and everlasting memories. They know how to read the dance floor and there mission is to keep you dancing until the last song. We believe in equality, so we pledged to work actively to bring the gender ratio among our DJ's up to 50/50 asap.
And last, but not least, we feature every year exclusively our Heroes of the Dance Floor, a group of some of the best social dancers in our community, brought together by us to make sure you will have some of the best dances in your life at Berlin Salsacongress!
